Pre-paid utilities

TouchPay have implemented pre-paid utility systems (pre-paid airtime and electricity) across more than fifteen service providers in Africa. Payments are made using either bank cards, private label cards or cash and cater for banked and non-banked customers.

Bill payments

TouchPay currently process bill payment transactions for numerous of our customers across more than twenty-five banks in Africa. The system creates advanced reconciliation files customised per customer to ensure 100% accuracy of transaction results as well as full settlement processing.

Micro Finance Disbursements and Collections

TouchPay have successfully implemented a disbursement and collection system designed specifically to cater for micro finance transactions. The system does not use bankcards but debits directly from bank accounts and caters for reruns, specific submission dates, once-off debits and others.

Fleet vehicle and driver tracking

TouchPay have successfully implemented vehicle fleet and driver tracking systems catering for both home-base and non-home-base (e.g. garage forecourt) transactions. The system caters for all types of vehicles and is independent of the fuel provider.

Cash-back transactions

TouchPay have implemented a number of cash-back solutions catering for a variety of transactions including cash-back for banked and non-banked clients, salary cards and private label cards. Transactions are authorised through our devices (normally a POS terminal or Self Service Device) and payments made “over-the-counter”. TouchPay then provides reconciliation and settlement of the transactions overnight directly to the relevant accounts through our links into the banks.

Instant issue of cards

TouchPay have developed solutions to provide instant issue of pin-based cards capturing client PINs and allowing a client to apply for, and leave with, their card instantly.
